Sara Rich, LCSW.
Sara has been working with children and their families for the past twenty years. She believes that children need both parents as much as possible to be healthy and to thrive.
Sara received her Bachelor's Degree in Theater Art from the University of Oregon in 1993. She went immediately into social services working for Head Start as a Family Advocate. She then went back to school in 1997 and received her Master's Degree in Social Work in 2000. She has been working in private practice ever since.
She and her husband live in Eugene and have 8 beautiful children in their blended family and 13 grandchildren. Sara shamelessly uses her family as a testing ground for what works and doesn't work with the families she sees professionally. This keeps her fresh and up to date on theoretical practices and current parenting trends.
